The aid must be intended to finance the current expenses derived: - From the maintenance of a commercial establishment with new ownership, - Or from the implementation of a commercial activity in a place in which, previously, economic activity has been carried out. The establishment must be located in the Valencian Community and, where appropriate, open to the public between February 1 and September 30 of the year in which the aid is announced.Start
Who can start it?Interested parties/ApplicantsNatural persons and commercial and assimilated companies qualified as SMEs or micro-SMEs may be beneficiaries of this aid:
1. They are NOT groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, civil societies, community property, or any other type of unit economic or separate assets without their own legal personality.
2. And who carry out or are going to carry out commercial activity in the Valencian Community, in any of the following according to: - CNAE (Royal Decree 475/2007, of April 13, CNAE-2009): Section G, Division 47, except groups and classes 4726, 473, 4773, 478 and 479. - IAE (Royal Decree Law 1175/1991, of September 28): First Section, Division 6, Groups: . Group 64 except group 646 and epigraph 647.5 . Group 65 except heading 652.1 and groups 654 and 655
In no case will repair and maintenance activities be supported.Requirements- The beneficiaries of this aid must meet the following requirements:
a) Be legally constituted. b) Not be involved in the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary established in article 13, sections 2 and 3, of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and not have been sanctioned by firm administrative resolution, in accordance with the provisions of title VI of Law 14/2017, of November 10, of the Generalitat, on democratic memory and for the coexistence of the Valencian Community. c) Be up to date with tax obligations (with the Generalitat and the AEAT) and Social Security. d) Not be a debtor for reimbursement of subsidies. e) Those others that, where appropriate, are determined in the corresponding Chapter of Title II of Order 22/2018.
